It is a field that will link to the plot sheet that is placed in. How can I:
1. Edit rename title filed while maintaining the link between the view file and plot sheet file?
2. How create a new link if the section was moved to another plot sheet.
Thanks!

Re: http://www.dailyautocad.com/2007/02/live-section-in-autocad-2007-i.html

Hello Maria,
ADT has an interesting mechanism to manage views. I think you already noticed that things are changing according to your viewing angle. You see only plan details when using plan view, only 3d representation when using perspective mode. To use this functionality with blocks, multiview block concept developed ( please see the article : http://www.dailyautocad.com... ). It is possible to hide/show attributes according to viewing angle in ADT. But It is not possible to spare my time for detailed description because of my bussines calendar. I'm planning to prepare a new article on this as soon as possible.

Re: http://www.dailyautocad.com/2007/02/live-section-in-autocad-2007-i.html

Hello Erhan,
Thank you.
I'm using 2008 Architectural Desktop, and using objects and 3d blocks that already includes attributes.
I guess it's easier (and less work) to define a new 2d section style.
It's possible for you to give me more details how to do that?

Re: http://www.dailyautocad.com/2007/02/live-section-in-autocad-2007-i.html

Hello Maria,
There are two ways...
1) Yo can define a new 2d or 3d section style (in Architectural Desktop ).
2) Or you can create your own text on the section. You can use GROUP command to stick text objects with section.
Hope this helps

Re: http://www.dailyautocad.com/2007/02/live-section-in-autocad-2007-i.html

I have a problem and need some help, please...
I want to generate sections that includes TEXT.

AECHORIZONTALSECTION or AECVERTICALSECTION includes lines, hatch, and many more things... but not include text or attributes that i need to.

Can someone help me?

Re: http://www.dailyautocad.com/2007/02/live-section-in-autocad-2007-i.html

[...] to the fact that Erhan Toker cannot make the example of gasket drawing that he has given in his live sections article , he just said that Orhan will do it.
