Can anyone help me to find a way to show in the bands of my profile view, the "real length" not "horizontal" of the road?

The align command for AutoCad 2008//2009 is "3dalign" or just regular align for 2d purposes.

I have used(8 years) and like the align command, yesterday it quit working, on the command line AutoCad says "unknow command" is there a file I can reload to fix this command?

there is no "align" command in 2008 lt autocad
