Is there a way to attach hyperlinks to many objects using a connected database. For instance, if I have a link field in the database with the hyperlink path, can I generate a link for each object based upon the database link, like generating labels but instead it is a hyperlink. This will save me from having to link each object manually.

Re: http://www.dailyautocad.com/2008/12/attaching-hyperlink-to-autocad-entities.html

Is it possible to prompt a Hyperlink on the console ?

Re: http://www.dailyautocad.com/2008/12/attaching-hyperlink-to-autocad-entities.html

Sir
i want to using scaling in auto cad sir plz help me.
1:1 Scalling And All Type scalling Sir Pzl Help me

Re: http://www.dailyautocad.com/2008/12/attaching-hyperlink-to-autocad-entities.html

I am printing an autocad drawing containing hyperlinks to Adobe pdf and would like to maintain the hyperlinks in the created .pdf is there a setting in autocad or adobe that will allow these links to be preserved and work properly?

Re: http://www.dailyautocad.com/2008/12/attaching-hyperlink-to-autocad-entities.html

hi dear, my question is that i want to attached the autocad file with the excel sheet file. so that being using auto cad dwg the quantities will cahnge automaticaly in the excel sheet also. and when i modify my dwgs in auto cad file the quantities in the excel sheet file can change too. hw can i attach it. plz reply me. sherry bahawalpur, pakistan.

Re: http://www.dailyautocad.com/2008/12/attaching-hyperlink-to-autocad-entities.html

Dear Sir

I am working in Autocad on 2005 i will used hyperlink command. but i want to nobody change & explode my drawing file

Re: http://www.dailyautocad.com/2008/12/attaching-hyperlink-to-autocad-entities.html

My hyperlinks work great however, I made a print screen & pasted for a visual reference to hyperlink. Each hyperlink opens a PDF. After attaching the hyperlinks I create a DWF of the drawing and view it in the DWF Viewer version 7.

When I open the hyperlinks from the drawing the PDF opens in Acrobat. When I open the same hyperlinks from the DWF the PDF opens in an Internet Explorer window.

Is there a way to have the PDF open in Acrobat (instead of IE) from the hyperlink in the DWF?

Thanks,

Pat

Re: http://www.dailyautocad.com/2008/12/attaching-hyperlink-to-autocad-entities.html

Hello Erhan

I work in Autocad 2005 and need to put a hyperlink from an object on my drawing to a .pdf document , and to open this pdf at a given page.

I tryed out this:

"C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 8.0\Reader\AcroRd32.exe" "/A" " page=3=OpenActions" "C:\Documents and Settings\myname\catalogue.pdf"

but always get an error
"The system cannot find the path specified"

However when I run this line from the Windows Run menu, it works good.

Sincerely

Bart

Re: http://www.dailyautocad.com/2008/12/attaching-hyperlink-to-autocad-entities.html

Hello Erhan,

Is it possible to make a hyper link to a specific cell in an Excel sheet?
